We accept development funding and distribute it responsibly through our companies and network — into accredited training, year-long youth placements, SMME development and funding, and community initiatives. Past projects range from women's health sponsorships that kept rural schoolgirls in class, to placing YES youth in clinics — the shape changes; the purpose doesn't.
What we do
- Community enterprise & women's empowerment — SMME development and funding, co-operatives, and women-led enterprise — mentorship and support so communities can build their own economies.
- Community training programmes — Accredited training, readiness programmes, and education access for young people and women — delivered through the companies we own and the network around them.
- Partnership-based community projects — Development funding turned into delivered development: projects with employers, funders, and traditional authorities under formal community agreements — from rural KZN to the Brits programmes.
