Freedom to **dream.**

Ulift runs education, health and employment-readiness programmes across South African communities, backed by corporate, government and donor partnerships.

Ulift is the non-profit heart of the Bighearts Village — majority controlled by African women, and built to turn development funding into delivered development: training, year-long youth placements, enterprise support, and community programmes that reach the people development usually overlooks, especially women and youth.

Training & youth placements: Accredited training and year-long work placements for young people, delivered through the companies we own and the network around them.

Community enterprise: SMME development and funding, co-operatives, and women-led enterprise — so communities can build their own economies.

Community programmes: Partnership-based projects under formal community agreements — from the Berg Hub's 166 young women in rural KZN to compacts with employers and traditional authorities.

The Bighearts Digital Village: The Bighearts Village (bighearts.digital) is the home of our network — a group of South African companies developing people and businesses together: youth into work, SMMEs into growth, carried by one shared platform and made visible in a Digital Village. Ulift is the non-profit heart of the Bighearts Village — purposed to uplift women and youth in underdeveloped areas, delivering through the companies it owns.

Our Partners: Ulift delivers through the companies it owns and the partners it trusts — and holds the question every project in the Bighearts network must answer: did this leave the community stronger?

Services: Development funding turned into delivered development — training, placements, enterprise support, and community programmes.
